Hotel Arena Amsterdam

: Arena hotel Amsterdam, hotel Arena in Amsterdam

The Hotel Arena in Amsterdam is located on the edge of the city centre. It is close to Oosterpark, in the middle of a copious greenery, and not far from the Artis and Tropenmuseum.

In the hotel you will find a terrace with beautiful trees. People of all ages and professions come here, in an informal atmosphere of Dutch design and history.

This structure was built in 1890 and it was the Saint Elisabeth Orphanage at the beginning. In 1982 it was refurbished and transformed into a lively youth hostel.

In 1999, the building was called Hotel Arena and it become a 3-star hotel with bar, restaurant, club and meeting rooms.

Our famous house style is indeed: TOSTAY, TODRINK, TODINE, TONIGHT and TOMEET.

Our guests will find that the atmosphere we offer is very particular, because there is a mix between commerce, art and culture. Several interior architects from Amsterdam gave the building a new and surprising aspect – with a special role for the monumental high windows, long corridors and wide staircases.
